For a small indie team like ours, this is huge. It's proof that a multigenerational, diverse, compassionate, and thoughtful team can not only survive the volatility of the industry but deliver something remarkable together.

Our Values-Driven Approach
From studio culture to monetization decisions, we frequently had honest conversations about how our values align with our business objectives. Because of our desire to build trust through a transparent studio culture, our players can feel that we're being genuine.
Starting with the founders, we took turns taking inventory of our gaps. We invested in ourselves and each other. As our team continues to grow, we keep levelling up our leadership and developing together as one.
Being scrappy means wearing many hats and never giving up. We've had to make design, art, business, and technical decisions quickly and stick to our guns. We didn't always get it right, but we had each other's backs when things got messy.
Whenever we felt stuck, we returned to the core question: how do we make brainy games intuitive and meaningful for word players? Then we challenged ourselves to expand brain games for players of all ages, languages, and genders. It was a lot of fun.
Our Mission
This is only the beginning. Our mission remains ambitious: helping 1,000,000 players learn 100,000 new words, and milestones like this show we're on the right path.
